Imagina que Juan, un vendedor, compra 15 computadoras nuevas para revenderlas. Según la ley, debe anotar la fecha de compra, el nombre de la tienda donde las compró y el precio que pagó. Si la policía o un inspector le pregunta sobre la compra, debe poder mostrar esta información.
Las violaciones a esta ley pueden resultar en faltas menores, con penas que aumentan si has tenido infracciones previas.

(2) The record required in subsection (1) of this section must contain: (a) The date of the purchase of the new and unused property; (b) The name and address of the person from which the new and unused property was purchased; (c) A description and identification of the new and unused property; and (d) The price paid for the new and unused property.
