ORS 167.108 Definitions for ORS 167.109 and 167.112 ORS 167.108 Definitions for ORS 167.109 and 167.112 Text Annotations As used in ORS 167.109 (Internet gambling) and 167.112 (Liability of certain entities engaged in certain financial transactions) : (1) “Credit” and “credit card” have the meaning given those terms under the federal Consumer Credit Protection Act (P.L. 90-321, 82 Stat. 146, 15 U.S.C. 1601).
