Esta ley define qué es el graffiti y qué herramientas se usan para hacerlo. El graffiti incluye cualquier dibujo o escritura que se pone en una propiedad sin permiso.

ORS 164.381 Definitions ORS 164.381 Definitions Text Annotations As used in ORS 137.131 (Community service as condition of probation for offense involving graffiti) , 164.381 (Definitions) to 164.386 (Unlawfully possessing a graffiti implement) and 419C.461 (Disposition for graffiti related offenses) : (1) “Graffiti” means any inscriptions, words, figures or designs that are marked, etched, scratched, drawn, painted, pasted or otherwise affixed to the surface of property. (2) “Graffiti implement” means paint, ink, chalk, dye or other substance or any instrument or article designed or adapted for spraying, marking, etching, scratching or carving surfaces.
