Entrar a un auto sin permiso, con la intención de hacer algo malo, es un delito. Si alguien lo hace, puede enfrentarse a problemas legales.

Es como si entrases a la casa de alguien sin avisar, solo para ver qué hay dentro. Eso es muy mal visto y tiene consecuencias.

Imagina que Juan ve un coche estacionado y decide abrir la puerta para ver si hay algo valioso adentro. Aunque no robe nada, al entrar sin permiso, está cometiendo un delito.

Penalidades

La entrada ilegal a un vehículo es un delito menor de Clase A.

ORS 164.272 Unlawful entry into a motor vehicle ORS 164.272 Unlawful entry into a motor vehicle Text Annotations   1 (1) A person commits the crime of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle if the person enters a motor vehicle, or any part of a motor vehicle, with the intent to commit a crime. (2) Unlawful entry into a motor vehicle is a Class A misdemeanor. (3) As used in this section, “enters” includes, but is not limited to, inserting: (a) Any part of the body; or (b) Any object connected with the body.
