Cualquier persona que haya sufrido abuso sexual y que tema por su seguridad puede solicitarla, siempre que no tenga relación familiar con el agresor.
Debes ser mayor de edad, el agresor también, y no debe haber una orden de restricción en tu contra que lo impida.
