Si dejas a un niño solo y eso puede ponerlo en peligro, podrías tener problemas legales. La ley dice que hay que cuidar bien a los niños y no dejarlos desatendidos en situaciones peligrosas.

Es como dejar a un perro en un coche cerrado bajo el sol. Aunque solo sea por unos minutos, puede volverse muy peligroso para el animal.

Imagina a Ana, que sale a comprar pan y deja a su hijo de 5 años jugando en la sala. Si solo se ausenta 10 minutos y el niño está seguro, no hay problema. Pero si Ana se va a una fiesta y deja a sus hijos solos en casa, eso podría considerarse negligencia.
