Si alguien dice algo falso por escrito a un empleado del gobierno para obtener un beneficio, está cometiendo un delito. Esto es como mentir en una solicitud para conseguir un subsidio. Es importante siempre ser honesto en esos casos.

Es como cuando pides un préstamo y llenas la solicitud. Si pones información falsa para que te lo aprueben, estás engañando al banco, lo cual es un problema serio.

Imagina que Juan quiere obtener ayuda financiera para su negocio y escribe en la solicitud que tiene más empleados de los que realmente tiene. Si se descubre que mintió en su solicitud, podría enfrentar cargos por falsificación no jurada.
