Esta ley establece cómo se organiza un grupo que revisa casos de personas con problemas mentales. El grupo se reúne al menos dos veces al mes para tomar decisiones importantes. Tienen un líder llamado presidente que ayuda a dirigir las reuniones.
Es como un equipo de fútbol donde se elige un capitán para guiar al grupo. El equipo se reúne regularmente para practicar y discutir estrategias, pero a veces pueden decidir no reunirse si no hay suficiente para hablar.
Imagina que en una ciudad de Oregón, un grupo llamado Consejo de Revisión se encarga de evaluar a personas que han tenido problemas mentales. Cada mes, se reúnen para discutir casos y tomar decisiones sobre su tratamiento. Si el presidente del consejo ve que no hay nuevos casos que revisar, puede decidir que no es necesario reunirse esa semana.

Los miembros del consejo se eligen entre sí para nombrar a su presidente. Este cargo dura un año.
El consejo se reúne al menos dos veces al mes, pero pueden tener reuniones adicionales si es necesario.
