El juicio puede realizarse en el condado donde vives o donde te detuvieron, si no tienes un hogar fijo.
Si el delito está relacionado con actividades fuera del estado, el juicio puede realizarse en el condado donde resides en Oregón.
Si te arrestan en un condado diferente al de tu residencia, el juicio puede hacerse en ese condado donde fuiste detenido.
