Si varias personas se juntan para hacer algo malo, como pelear o causar problemas, eso se llama un disturbio. Si alguien intenta asustar a un oficial o interrumpir una escuela, también es un problema legal.

Es como cuando un grupo de amigos decide hacer ruido en una fiesta y molestar a los vecinos. Si comienzan a pelear o a asustar a alguien, están causando un disturbio.

Imagina que en una universidad, un grupo de estudiantes, llamados Juan, María y otros, deciden protestar y bloquean la entrada a una clase. Si su intención es asustar a los profesores para que no den clases, podrían estar violando esta ley.

Penalidades

Participar en un disturbio puede resultar en cargos criminales, pero la ley no especifica penas concretas.

(B) No person shall participate with four or more others with purpose to do an act with unlawful force or violence, even though such act might otherwise be lawful.
