(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of soliciting or providing support for an act of terrorism, a felony of the third degree. Section 2909.25 of the Revised Code applies regarding an offender who is convicted of or pleads guilty to a violation of this section. (C) A prosecution for a violation of this section does not preclude a prosecution for a violation of any other section of the Revised Code.
