Esta ley prohíbe que alguien ayude a un menor a conseguir cosas que no son buenas para ellos, como ciertos videos o eventos. No se puede mentir sobre la edad o el estado civil para que un menor acceda a eso.

Es como cuando un niño trata de entrar a una película de terror y un adulto le dice que es su padre para que lo dejen pasar. Eso no está bien, porque la película no es adecuada para él.

Imagina que Juan, de 15 años, quiere entrar a un concierto que solo es para mayores de 18. Su amigo Pedro, que tiene 17, finge ser su hermano mayor para que Juan pueda entrar. Esto es ilegal según la ley.

(B) No juvenile, for the purpose of obtaining any material or gaining admission to any performance which is harmful to juveniles, shall do either of the following: (1) Falsely represent that he is eighteen years of age or over or married; (2) Exhibit any identification or document purporting to show that he is eighteen years of age or over or married.
