Debes bajar la intensidad de tus luces o usar luces auxiliares para no deslumbrar al otro conductor y asegurar una buena visibilidad.
Puedes usar las luces altas en carreteras poco iluminadas donde no haya otros vehículos cerca, pero debes bajarlas al acercarte a otros autos.
