Si estás en una estación de autobús, tren o aeropuerto y haces mucho ruido o usas malas palabras, podrías tener problemas. También si te quedas allí sin razón después de que alguien te pida que te vayas.
Es como cuando estás en una fiesta y alguien empieza a gritar o a hacer desorden. Si el anfitrión te pide que te calmes o que te vayas, deberías respetarlo.
Imagina que Juan está en una estación de tren y empieza a gritar groserías porque perdió su boleto. Un oficial de seguridad se le acerca y le pide que se calme o que se retire. Si Juan ignora al oficial y sigue allí, podría enfrentar problemas legales.
Puede resultar en un cargo de delito menor de Clase 3.
§ 14-275.1. Disorderly conduct at bus or railroad station or airport. Any person shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor, if such person while at, or upon the premises of, (1) Any bus station, depot or terminal, or (2) Any railroad passenger station, depot or terminal, or (3) Any airport or air terminal used by any common carrier, or (4) Any airport or air terminal owned or leased, in whole or in part, by any county, municipality or other political subdivision of the State, or privately owned airport shall (1) Engage in disorderly conduct, or (2) Use vulgar, obscene or profane language, or (3) On any one occasion, without having necessary business there, loiter and loaf upon the premises after being requested to leave by any peace officer or by any person lawfully in charge of such premises. Se considera desordenado hacer ruido excesivo, usar lenguaje vulgar o quedarse en el lugar sin tener un motivo válido después de que se te pida que te vayas.
Esta ley aplica en estaciones de autobús, tren y aeropuertos, tanto públicos como privados.
Si no te vas después de que un oficial o el encargado del lugar te lo piden, podrías ser acusado de un delito menor.
