Un juicio nulo es cuando algo sale mal y no se puede terminar correctamente. Si un acusado hace algo muy malo durante el juicio, puede causar que el juicio se detenga solo para él, pero otros pueden seguir con su juicio.
Es como cuando estás cocinando y accidentalmente se te quema un platillo. Puedes tirar solo eso, pero los otros platillos que cocinaste pueden seguir siendo servidos.
Imagina que en un juicio, Juan y Pedro son acusados juntos. Durante el juicio, Juan grita y causa un escándalo. El juez decide que el juicio de Juan se detenga, pero el juicio de Pedro puede continuar porque no tuvo nada que ver con el problema de Juan.

Un juicio nulo es cuando el tribunal decide que no puede continuar con el juicio debido a un error o conducta inapropiada que afecta la justicia.
No necesariamente. Si solo uno de los acusados causa el problema, el juicio puede continuar para los otros.
Si hay un nuevo juicio, los cargos son los mismos que se presentaron al inicio del juicio anterior, sin importar si algunos fueron desestimados antes.
