Imagina que Juan y María heredan una casa de su abuela. La casa se vende por $200,000, pero María no está de acuerdo con cómo se reparte el dinero. El juez decide guardar una parte del dinero en la corte hasta que Juan y María lleguen a un acuerdo sobre la división.

Si no estás de acuerdo, puedes solicitar al juez que decida cuánto dinero es justo para ti. El juez puede guardar ese dinero hasta que se resuelva el desacuerdo.
El dinero se puede depositar en la corte superior, donde estará seguro hasta que se resuelva cómo se va a repartir.
Es el juez quien determina lo que es justo y razonable para cada persona que tiene derecho a una parte del dinero.
