Explicación Simple

Si alguien te da un cheque y no tiene dinero para pagarlo, puedes pedirle que te pague. Si no lo hace en 35 días, podrías llevarlo a la corte para que te pague lo que te debe.

Es como cuando prestas un libro y la persona no lo devuelve. Le das un aviso y si no lo trae de vuelta en un mes, puedes pedir ayuda a un adulto para que lo recupere.
