Si Juan no está de acuerdo con el tiempo que tomó el umpire para decidir, debe decirlo antes de que se entregue la decisión.

If, during the course of the hearing, an umpire for any reason ceases to act, the remaining umpires appointed to act may continue with the hearing and determination of the controversy. The award shall state findings of all relevant material facts, and make all applicable determinations of law. b. An award shall be made within the time fixed by the agreement for alternative resolution or, if not fixed, within such time as the Superior Court orders on application of a party. The parties or the Superior Court upon application and for good cause shown may extend the time for making the award either before or after the expiration of that time. A party waives the right to object that an award was not made within the time required unless the party notifies the umpire of the party's objection prior to the delivery of the award. c. The power of the umpires may be exercised by a majority of them unless otherwise provided by the agreement for alternative resolution
Un umpire es una persona que escucha las disputas entre dos partes y toma una decisión final sobre el asunto.
La decisión se entrega por escrito, ya sea en persona o por correo certificado, asegurándose de que ambas partes la reciban.
