Si no recibes la carta, pero el propietario envió la notificación correctamente, aún puede deshacerse de tus cosas después del tiempo estipulado.
Generalmente, tienes 30 días para recoger tus pertenencias, pero si son casas móviles, tienes 75 días.
La notificación se envía por correo de primera clase con recibo de entrega, lo que asegura que el propietario tenga prueba de que te lo enviaron.
