Si alguien lleva explosivos sabiendo que los va a usar para hacer daño, está cometiendo un delito grave. Las consecuencias pueden ser años en prisión y multas muy altas.

Es como si alguien llevara un cuchillo afilado a una fiesta, sabiendo que planea usarlo para hacer daño en lugar de cortar un pastel.

Ejemplo Práctico

Imagina que Juan decide transportar explosivos porque planea usarlos para asustar a sus vecinos. Si lo atrapan, podría enfrentar muchos años en prisión y pagar una gran multa, incluso si no causa daño físico a nadie.

Penalidades

De 2 a 10 años de prisión y multas de hasta $10,000; o de 2 a 20 años y multas de hasta $20,000 si hay lesiones graves.

or receipt of explosives for unlawful purpose; NRS202.780Transportation or receipt of explosives for unlawful purpose; penalties.A person who transports or receives, or attempts to transport or receive within the State, any explosive with the knowledge or intent that it will be used to kill, injure or intimidate a person or unlawfully to damage or destroy any building, vehicle or real property is guilty of a category B felony and shall be punished: 1.  If no substantial bodily harm results, by imprisonment in the state prison for a minimum term of not less than 2 years and a maximum term of not more than 10 years, or by a fine of not less than $2,000 nor more than $10,000, or by both fine and imprisonment. 2.  If substantial bodily harm results, by imprisonment in the state prison for a minimum term of not less than 2 years and a maximum term of not more than 20 years, or by a fine of not less than $2,000 nor more than $20,000, or by both fine and imprisonment.
