Perturbación de reuniones religiosas y sus consecuencias

Explicación Simple

Esta ley dice que no puedes interrumpir o molestar a las personas que están en una reunión religiosa. Si lo haces, podrías meterte en problemas con la ley.

Es como si estuvieras en una película en el cine y alguien empieza a gritar o hacer ruido; eso arruina la experiencia para todos.

Ejemplo Práctico

Imagina que en una iglesia, durante un servicio, Juan empieza a gritar y hacer ruido para llamar la atención. Esto molesta a los demás asistentes, y el encargado de seguridad tiene que pedirle que se vaya. Juan podría enfrentar un cargo por perturbar la reunión.

Penalidades

Ser declarado culpable de esta falta podría resultar en un delito menor.

religious meetings; penalty.Every NRS201.270Disturbing religious meetings; penalty.Every person who shall willfully disturb, interrupt or disquiet any assemblage or congregation of people met for religious worship: 1.  By noisy, rude or indecent behavior, profane discourse, either within the place where such meeting is held, or so near it as to disturb the order and solemnity of the meeting; 2.  By exhibiting shows or plays, or promoting any racing of animals, or gaming of any description, or engaging in any boisterous or noisy amusement; 3.  By disturbing in any manner, without authority of law within 1 mile thereof, free passage along a highway to the place of such meeting, or by maliciously cutting or otherwise injuring or disturbing a conveyance or other property belonging to any person in attendance upon such meeting; or 4.  By menacing, threatening or assaulting any person therein, Êshall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
