Imagina que Juan recibe un mensaje de texto de alguien que le dice que si no le paga $500, dirá que Juan cometió un delito. Esto es una amenaza maliciosa y podría llevar a esa persona a la cárcel. Por otro lado, si un funcionario de la ciudad le dice a María que debe pagarle extra para obtener un permiso, también está cometiendo un delito.
