Si el tribunal decide que ya no necesita la fianza porque el caso se desestima, el secretario del tribunal informa a la oficina de registros para que se elimine la garantía sobre la casa de Juan.
MCL 765.22 - Surety on recognizance; discharge; notice, form Sec. 22.
