Explicación Simple

Si alguien es arrestado por un delito menor, puede salir de la cárcel antes del juicio si cumple ciertas reglas. Si cumple con estas reglas, ya no tendrá que seguirlas y estará libre.

by rule of court and shall receive a copy of the pretrial release form specifying the time and place of his court appearance. Upon performance of the conditions of the pretrial release, the pretrial release form shall be null and void and the accused shall be released from the conditions of pretrial release.
