The results of any sting operation or enforcement action, including the name of the clerk, shall be provided to the retail seller within 7 business days. Si un menor compra tabaco, la tienda podría enfrentarse a sanciones y se le puede exigir que tome medidas para evitar que esto ocurra nuevamente.
