Si la regla de tu condado no coincide con la ley estatal, la regla del condado se anula. Debes seguir las normas de registro que establece el estado.
Esta ley se hizo efectiva el 1 de enero de 1997, así que cualquier regla anterior que contradiga esta ley ya no tiene validez.
