Explicación Simple

Esta ley ayuda a las víctimas de abuso infantil y violencia familiar a recibir apoyo y justicia. También se busca que los profesionales que trabajan con estas víctimas tengan la mejor capacitación posible.

Es como cuando un maestro se asegura de que todos los estudiantes entiendan bien la materia antes de un examen. Aquí, se quiere que los que trabajan con víctimas de abuso estén bien preparados para ayudarles.

Imagina que Ana es una niña que sufre abuso en casa. La ley permite que un juez ordene que la familia de Ana reciba ayuda y que se preparen programas para que otros profesionales puedan ayudar a niños como ella en el futuro.
