Imagina que Juan tuvo su coche confiscado por la policía en 2014. Según las leyes de ese momento, había un proceso que seguir. Pero si su coche hubiera sido confiscado en 2016, se seguirían nuevas reglas, y Juan no podría utilizar las mismas que antes.
