follows: (I) For overlength, overwidth, and overheight permits on loads or vehicles which do not exceed legal weight limits: (A) Annual permit, two hundred fifty dollars; (B) Single trip permit, fifteen dollars; (II) For overlength, including front or rear overhang, annual fleet permits on loads or vehicles which do not exceed legal weight limits, one thousand five hundred dollars plus fifteen dollars per fleet vehicle.
