Delitos graves como homicidio, abuso sexual, y malversación de fondos públicos pueden ser denunciados sin límite de tiempo en California.
La ley se aplica a delitos cometidos a partir del 1 de enero de 2017 o a aquellos cuya prescripción no haya vencido para esa fecha.
