Commencing July 1, 2005, there is hereby continued in existence within the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation a California Correctional Training and Rehabilitation Board. The board shall consist of the following 11 members: (a) The Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, or their designee. (b) The Director of the Department of General Services, or their designee. (c) The Secretary of Transportation, or their designee.
