Imagina que Juan es arrestado por un cargo menor. Su amigo Carlos y su hermana Ana deciden ayudarlo y firman la fianza de 5,000 dólares. Juan promete presentarse en la corte, y si no lo hace, Carlos y Ana tendrán que pagar esa cantidad al estado.
Si no te presentas a la corte, puedes enfrentar la pérdida de la fianza y posibles cargos adicionales.

Si no te presentas, la corte puede ordenar que se pierda la fianza y los fiadores tendrán que pagar la cantidad establecida. También podrías enfrentar cargos adicionales.
