28-1301. Definitions In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. "Certified ignition interlock device" means an ignition interlock device that is certified pursuant to article 5 of this chapter. 2. (g) Allowing a person other than the person who is required to maintain a functioning certified ignition interlock device pursuant to this chapter to breathe into the certified ignition interlock device for the purpose of providing a breath alcohol sample to start the motor vehicle or for the rolling retest. 3. "Commercial motor vehicle" means a motor vehicle or combination of motor vehicles used in commerce to transport passengers or property if the motor vehicle either: (a) Has either a gross combined weight rating or a gross weight of twenty-six thousand one or more pounds inclusive of a
