We have reviewed the record and discern no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny Royal’s pending motions and affirm the district court’s order. United States v. Royal, No. 8:09-cr-00048-TDC-1 (D. Md. Dec. 6, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
