USCA4 Appeal: 25-6044 Doc: 9 Filed: 05/20/2025 Pg: 1 of 2 UNPUBLISHED UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE FOURTH CIRCUIT No. 25-6044 UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff - Appellee, v. CHRISTOPHER MARK WILSON, Defendant - Appellant. Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, at Raleigh. Louise W. Flanagan, District Judge. (5:19-cr-00529-FL-1) Submitted: May 15, 2025 Decided: May 20, 2025 Before NIEMEYER and HEYTENS, Circuit Judges, and KEENAN, Senior Circuit Judge. Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion. Christopher Mark Wilson, Appellant Pro Se. Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. USCA4 Appeal: 25-6044 Doc: 9 Filed: 05/20/2025 Pg: 2 of 2 PER CURIAM: Christopher Mark Wilson appeals the district court’s order denying his motion for compassionate release under 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(1)(A). After reviewing the record, we conclude that the district court did not abuse its discretion in denying Wilson’s motion. See United States v. Davis, 99 F.4th 647, 653 (4th Cir. 2024) (stating standard of review). Accordingly, we deny Wilson’s motion to appoint counsel and affirm the district court’s order. United States v. Wilson, No. 5:19-cr-00529-FL-1 (E.D.N.C. Jan. 10, 2025). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
