We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s orders. United States v. Evans, No. 8:05-cr-00511-TDC-1 (D. Md. June 10 & Sept. 26, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
