We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny McCrea’s motion to compel action and affirm the district court’s order. McCrea v. Santomassimo, No. 4:24-cv-00761-JD (D.S.C., Sept. 27, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
