R. Civ. P. 59(e) motion. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s orders. Melvin v. Layton, No. 5:24-cv-00013-BO-RN (E.D.N.C. Sept. 16, 2024; Mar. 7, 2025). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
