Seegars appeals the district court’s order dismissing without prejudice his civil complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Seegars v. U.S. Gov’t, No. 1:24-cv-00344-TDS-JEP (M.D.N.C. Dec. 6, 2024).
