R. Civ. P. 59(e) motion for reconsideration. We have thoroughly reviewed the record and discern no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny Poole’s pending motions and affirm the district court’s orders. 2 Poole v. Roderick, No. 1:22-cv-02233-DKC (D. Md. Aug. 15, 2023; Nov. 22, 2023). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 1 We have jurisdiction to review the district court’s August 15, 2023, order because Poole timely filed a notice of appeal from the November 22, 2023, order, which was sufficient to bring up the underlying judgment. See Banister v. Davis, 590 U.S. 504, 509 (2020); MLC Auto., LLC v. Town of S.
