We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny Richardson’s motion to add claims and parties and affirm the district court’s order. Richardson v. Cook, No. 4:23-cv-06959-JD, (D.S.C. Nov. 4, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
