We have reviewed the record and discern no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny as moot all pending motions and affirm the district court’s order for the reasons stated by the district court. Aziz v. Aziz, No. 8:22-cv-02834-BAH (D. Md. filed Oct. 21, 2024 & entered Oct. 22, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process. AFFIRMED 2
